The Chelsea Live Green Fair and Home Show will feature 100 exhibitors and speakers with products and tips to help you live a greener life and reduce your carbon footprint. There will be great green energy ideas including displays of solar, wind and geothermal power generation, demonstrations and displays including rain barrels, composters, worm composting, and organic lawn care.
Find out how you can save money on your energy bills by installing home insulation, super-insulating windows and doors, siding, metal roofs, and high-efficiency furnaces, air conditioners and water heaters. Talk to kitchen and bath replacement experts, bamboo flooring representatives, and home insulation companies.
Discover natural soaps, natural vitamins, natural supplements, natural skin care, Scentsy Wickless Candles, Burts Bees, art made from recycled materials, organic lollypops, hemp candy, even free tastes including organic roasted almonds and organic kettle korn.
Exhibitors, who are experts in their fields, will be on-hand and will be happy to answer your questions. Live Green Fair attendees may also register for a personal home inspection, which will suggest ways to save energy and money at the same time.
The 2012 Chelsea Home Show welcomes three additional shows, all going on at the same time. These shows will include:
- The Washtenaw Country Health and Wellness Expo will feature experts both in traditional and alternative healthcare. Learn about and purchase natural supplements, vitamins, tinctures and organic food. Ask questions and get answers from experts regarding cancer, heart disease, diabetes and more. Informative speakers and exhibits.
- The 2nd Annual Chelsea Fine Art & Craft Fair is a curated arts and craft event and will feature seventy artists and fine crafters in two buildings.
- The First Annual Green Vehicle Showcase will feature electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as vehicles that get great MPG.
